Total Fee is equal to 0.25% of the low end of the range identified.

Example: Agreed search price range - Properties to the value of $700k - $750k

Total fee is 0.25% of $700,000 = $1,750+gst

Note: A 100% refund of the fee will be returned to the client if no suitable property, as outlined in the client brief, is presented for consideration.
